Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire) | Denver, CO

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a professional services firm in Denver to identify a Receptionist for a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a polished, organized professional who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting daily office operations in a creative, client-focused environment.

Schedule: 100% on-site. Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm; Half-day Fridays

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by professionally greeting clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Answer and route calls using a multi-line, multi-company phone system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front reception area
  • Provide general administrative support to office operations and project teams
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, and web conferences
  • Prepare and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Monitor parking areas and security cameras as needed
  • Organize and stock conference rooms and shared workspaces
  • Maintain kitchen areas, including coffee preparation, snack restocking, and inventory support
  • Assist with company-wide communications such as birthday announcements, anniversaries, and internal shout-outs
  • Support mailing coordination (address pulling, label formatting, and deadline coordination; training provided)
  • Format documents, including comment response letters
  • Transcribe notes and assist with printing and compiling documents for submittals
  • Perform additional office and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or comparable training preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity, reliability, and enthusiasm
  • Comfortable working in a fully in-person office environment

Pay & Benefits (During Assignment Through Ultimate Staffing)

  • Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)
